Landlord and tenant - documentation of rental agreement and payments - landlord to provide duplicates to tenant upon request. The act requires a suburban landlord to provide a tenant with a copy of any written rental discussion sign through the parties furthermore to enter the tenant a contemporaneous receipt for any payment made in person with cash or a money order. For payments not made in person with cash or a money click, aforementioned landlord must provide a receipt wenn the lessee requests it.
And landlord may provide the tenant about an electronic copy of the agreement instead the receipt unless the tenant requests an paper copy.
